Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Christian Fellowship Church, 3658 Cusseta Road with the Pastor Bishop Larry Gilyard, Sr. officiating according to People’s Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc. 1604 Talbotton Road.
Mr. Brown was born July 21, 1957 in Columbus, GA son of Rosa Brown Toney. He was a member of Christian Fellowship Church and employed with Spherion Staffing Agency.
Britt leaves to cherish his memories his mother Rosa Toney; 2 sons Britt David, Jr. and Javon Jones; 5 brothers Hubert (Katherine) Staples, Larry (Veronica) Brown, Sr. all of Columbus, Marvin (Betty) Brown, Los Angeles, CA, Clarence (Tina) Brown and Maurice Staples both of Atlanta; 1 sister Annie (Darryl) Tolbert; aunt Cora Mae Patterson, both of Columbus; best friend Walter Jackson a host of other relatives and friends.
