Mrs. Evelyn Neal Hill, 65, of #2 Ashbury Crossing Ct., St. Louis, MO formally of Columbus died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Christian Hospital Northeast, St. Louis, MO.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, April 7, 2008 in the Chapel at People’s Funeral Service, 1604 Talbotton Road, Columbus with the Rev. Richard Carter officiating. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery, Columbus according to People’s Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc. Visitation will be today from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hill was born August 15, 1942 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Sylvia L. Neal. She was preceded in death by her husband Sam Hill, Sr., a brother, Edwin Henderson and a daughter Catherine Thomas.
She leaves to cherish her memories three sons, Sam (Nina) Hill III, St. Louis, MO, Roderick (Sabrina) Hill and Fredrick Hill both of Columbus; two daughters, Demetrius Hill and Teresa Brown; three brothers; William C. (Donna) Neal, Wayman Neal and Ernest (Antoinette) P. Neal, Miami, FL; a devoted grandson Marcus Brown and a host of other grandchildren, great grandchildren other loving relatives and friends.
