Mrs. Maggie Wisham Johnson., 88 of 5131 Warm Springs Road, passed Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at Fountain City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, June 5, 2008 in the Chapel at People’s Funeral Service with Chaplin Bill Mayhew officiating, according to People’s Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc., 1604 Talbotton Road. Visitation will be today from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Johnson was born March 21, 1920 in Schley County, GA, daughter of the late Lucus and Abbie Forshee Wisham. She was preceded in death by her husband Lee and daughter Elaine.
She leaves to cherish her memories a brother Charlie (Betty R.) Wisham, Travelers Rest, SC; a niece Carolyn Hice, Columbus and several other loving neighbors and dear friends.
