Mrs. Theresa Chambers Fields was born May 9, 1962 in Phenix City, AL daughter of the late Henry Lee and Mrs. Inez Bostic Chambers, Sr. departed this life Tuesday April 7, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital. Theresa was baptized at and was a member of Nazareth Baptist Church, she attended Kendrick High School, was a loving mother and dearly cared for children and her work with various day care centers. She was preceded in death by her husband Lionel Montgomery Fields and father Henry Lee Chambers, Sr.

She leaves to cherish her dear memories her children, Tezzera Inez Fields and Lance Montgomery Fields; her mother, Mrs. Inez Chambers; 3 sisters Rose Marie(Nathaniel)Cowley, Colorado Springs, CO, Patricia Ann(Terry W)Cowley and Wanda Joyce(Michael)Collins; 2 brothers Henry L. Chambers and Alphonso Chambers all of Columbus;Uncles, Sam(Debra)Bostic, David Lee Bostic, Larry Bostic and Kenneth Bostic all of Atlanta, GA; Aunts, Gloria(Tammi)Kelly, Atlanta, GA, Rose(Mac)Jones, Mary Jo Chambers and Breatha Chambers; Nieces, Nataushia Mitchell, Kewann Antone, Victoria Collins and Octavia Chambers; Nephews, Terry Cowley, Jr., Joesph Cowley, Ernesto Cowley and Jermaine Cowley and a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.
