Funeral Services for Mr. Freddie Stinson, 59 of 2010 Warm Springs Road, Columbus will be held at 12Noon Friday, July 17, 2009 in the chapel at People’s Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc. with Rev. Willie L. Hill officiating. Interment will follow at West End Cemetery, Phenix City, AL according to People’s Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc. 1604 Talbotton Road. Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00PM until 7:00PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Stinson was born March 31, 1950 in Russell County, AL son of the late Julius and Bertha Lee Flakes Stinson. He worked in the area of construction and painting. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Myrtis Stinson, Columbus, Georgia; 3 daughters, Dionne Henley, Jacqueline Henley and Audrey Stinson all of Columbus; 5 brothers, Julius(Carrie)Stinson, Columbus, GA, Twin brother Frankie(Minnie)Stinson, Sr., Columbus, GA, Donald Stinson, Phenix City, AL, Joseph(Jose)Stinson, Phenix City, AL and Terry(Angela)Stinson, Phenix City, AL; 4 sisters, Nellie L. Stinson, Phenix City, AL, Janie(E.J.)Cochran, Columbus, GA, Robertha(Nathaniel)Hall, Columbus, GA and Christine(Royce)Picket, Columbus, GA; 5 grandchildren and a special friend Fabian(Sharon)Carter, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and dear friends.
