Ms Kyle G. Flowers, 58, of 413 Mt. Pleasant Drive, Columbus GA, died Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Columbus Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM Saturday, September 5, 2009 at St. Elmo Baptist Church, Omaha, GA with the Rev. John Keel officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Columbus according to People’s Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc. 1604 Talbotton Road. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00PM until 6:00PM followed by a family hour from 6:00PM until 7:00PM at the funeral home.

Ms Flowers was born March 19, 1951 in Stewart County, GA daughter of the late James M. and Addie Lee Jones Flowers, Jr. She worked a Collection Specialist, Paralegal and owner of K’s Fatback and Streak-o-lean. Kyle was a graduate of Essex County College in Newark, NJ. She leaves to cherish her memories a son Anthony Demez(Tasha)Richardson; 2 brothers, James Darryl Flowers III, Atlanta, GA and Brian T.(Tamika)Holmes, Jersey City, NJ; a sister Stacey Hicks, Jersey City, NJ; 3 grandchildren, Michael, Anthony Jr. and Deshawn Richardson all of Columbus; several very special friends, other relatives and dear friends.
