Mrs. Marian Beatrice Marshall, 76, of 5131 Warm Springs Road, Columbus, died Sunday, September 13, 2009 at St Francis Hospital. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, September 21, 2009 in the chapel at People’s Funeral Service with Rev. Richard Kelly officiating. Interment will follow at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, AL according to People’s Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc. 1604 Talbotton Road. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Marshall was born June 29, 1933 in Chaptico, MD daughter of the late Charlie and Jeanette Shorter Braxton. She worked as a Cook at Peoples Drug Store in Washington, DC. She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Brenda B. Fulton, Columbus; a sister, Elizabeth Spears, Baltimore, MD; grandchildren, Ebony Fulton, Atlanta, GA and Melissa Fulton, Alaska; great grandchildren, A’Rayah Madison, DeWayne Smith, William Braxton and Pauline Braxton; special nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
