Bishop Lee Taylor, 57, of 1029 32nd Street, Columbus, died Thursday, November 12, 2009 in Columbus. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday , November 18, 2009 in the chapel at People’s Funeral Service , 1604 Talbotton Road with Rev. Melvin Steed officiating, Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery.

Mr. Taylor was born March 2, 1952 in Russell County, AL son of the late Warren Taylor and Mrs. Claudia Mae Gamble. He was previously employed by Columbus Water Works and Columbus Body Works. Left to cherish his memories are his children, Stephanie(Ray Montgomery) Taylor and Quniton Taylor; Patricia Taylor; siblings, Arrie Mae Roberts and Jessie Davis Wyatt; 3 grandchildren, Tybreshia Taylor, Jaquavious Taylor and Jakevia Taylor; nieces, Angela Fallen and Chetora “Lolo” Williams several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
