Kenneth H. Lawrence, 77, of 5131 Warm Springs Road, Columbus, died Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital. A service of memory will be held 2:00PM Saturday, June 6, 2010 at Fountain City Rehabilitation Center 5131 Warm Springs Road, Columbus followed by Interment at 1:00PM Monday June 7, 2010 at Ft Mitchell National Cemetery, Ft Mitchell, AL with military honors according to People’s Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc. Mr. Lawrence was born June 6, 1932 in Albany, New York. He was a United States Army Veteran , loved the church and friendly to all who knew him. he is survived by his devoted wife Mary Harvey Lawrence and many dear friends.

Carrie Bell Tolbert, 84, of 1200 Warren Williams Road 200E, Columbus, and GA died Thursday June 3, 2010 at the Columbus Hospice House. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday June 10, 2010 at Rose Hill Memorial Baptist Church, 1301 22nd Street with the Pastor Reverend Alonzo Whitaker officiating. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery.
